RETURNS

Any unopened/unused item(s) purchased online or by phone may be returned or exchanged.

1. Handmade soaps may be returned if label is still intact and product not used.

2. Bottled or sealed products can be returned unopened/unused.

RETURNS BY MAIL

Step 1. Complete the return at the bottom of your invoice. Keep top half for your records

Step 2. Prepare your package for shipment by ensuring your merchandise and paperwork are included.

Step 3. Insure and track all return packages. Return shipping fees are the customer’s expense. Mail your return to:

Keep the tracking information until your return has been processed. Allow 21 days for Goat Maid’s Farm to receive your return and process your credit. Weekends and Holidays will affect your credit return times.

ADDITIONAL RETURN BY MAIL GUIDELINES

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you paid with a Gift Card or Electronic Gift Card, a new Electronic Gift Card will be issued and emailed to you. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards: Gift cards/E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

Online purchases may not be exchanged by mail.
