Last Day on the Farm in Ohio

Saturday June 29th, a sunny, hot and bittersweet day. Our future Nigerian Dwarf herd of 4 (3 Does and 1 Buck) moved to their temporary home in Enon where I know they will be spoiled and loved until I can fly them to their forever home in Central Puerto Rico sometime in the 1st half of 2020. We loaded the last of our contents and memories into our vehicles and before moving on Mike and I took one last look around. A lot of love, blood, sweat and tears will forever remain on the small Ohio farm where our business began. I didn’t cry, most of it was good and the best is on it’s way. I want to thank all our friends and family for your support, help and times shared on the first leg of our adventure. I also want to say thank you God, without faith and love through Him, none of this would be possible. Next stop,,, Utuado Puerto Rico! Stay tuned on FB and IG.

On the move

Goat Maid’s Farm will be in a transitioning phase for the next 12 months. We have sold the farm and most of our herd with a few more goats to be rehomed at this point. The farm and soap business will be making its journey south to the island of Puerto Rico, a U.S.A. territory. Our soaps will still be offered for sale thru this website and due to the transition we may have a few less to offer until we are settled in. But we will still offer shipping thru USPS priority from Puerto Rico and your soaps will be delivered in a decent time frame (4-6 business days). Our estimated time for relocation destination is mid January 2020. We’ll keep you updated on Instagram and our FB page!

Holiday Season

Autumn is my favorite time of the year, I'm sure I've mentioned it a couple of times :-) Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Year Soaps are being made and will be ready by November 10th!

If you are interested in purchasing soaps as gifts and have a scent or color scheme in mine let me know! I will do my best to accommodate your requests with a minimum order of 7 bars of soap. Shoot me an email or text (info at the bottom of this page) and I will get back with you as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind your handcrafted soaps will need to cure 3 weeks after being made so plan accordingly.

Our New Look!

Welcome to Goat Maid's (GMF) new site and thank you for visiting!  If you haven't visited our previous site let me introduce myself.   My name is Jessika, aka Jess, owner of Goat Maid's Farm.  Our farm is located just outside Dayton Ohio on 6.5 acres.  I raise, breed and sell Nigerian Dwarf Goats, a smaller dairy goat that produces an amazing amount of butterfat for their small stature.  It's this high butterfat percentage that makes wonderful soap for your skin, creamy and nourishing.  Our new site focuses more on the soap side but I still offer goats for sale along with their pedigrees and breeding schedule.  If you have any questions shoot me an email!

To celebrate our new site opening on June 25th, I'm offering a 25% discount on all soaps for one week only.  Use discount code NS25GMS
